These are the days that the officials drive up from Puerto Williams to clear in and out the Chilean cruise liners 'Mare Australis' and 'Via Australis'. Clearance is normally in the evening... taking your paperwork ashore to the Alcamar earlier in the day speeds the process considerably. Having cleared late in the day it is permitted to depart for Ushuaia at first light the next day. It is not possible to clear into Chile at this port. | ||
