The harbour of Tkon lies on the SE coast of the island of Pasman in Croatia, three miles from the SE tip of the island and just over a mile from the mainland town of Biograd. It is the main ferry port of the island, with regular car ferries (10 mins) to Biograd. Around 100 metres NW from the ferry pier is a small harbour with several basins, the innermost part of which is crammed with small leisure craft and fishing boats. Along the breakwater on its N side, however, are laid moorings for some 20-25 yachts in depths of 1.5 - 2.5 metres. Shelter in the harbour is good in all conditions.

There are no dangers in the immediate approach to Tkon. Closer in, the red pillar mark on the end of the harbour breakwater is conspicuous. The harbour is entered from NE. Depths in the entrance are 3.0 - 3.5 metres. Shelter is good in most conditions except strong winds from NE and E.
Entrance
Zadar is the nearest all-year round port of entry, or Sibenik if arriving from S. During the summer, Sali on Dugi Otok and Primosten on the mainland are also ports of entry.
Berthing
Visiting yachts berth along the breakwater quay on the N side of the harbour, where there are laid moorings for 20-25 yachts. Depths range from 1.5 metres at the inner end to 2.5 metres at the outer end. Go bows or stern-to wherever there is space. There are water and electricity points on the quay.

Things to do Ashore
Tourism
Tkon has little to engage the tourist, but the surroundings are worth exploring. In particular, the climb up to nearby Mount Cokovac to visit the 12th century Benedictine monastery with its Gothic church of Saints Cosmas and Damian is rewarding not only for the church but the views as well.
Grocery & Supply Stores
Small provisions store in the village.
Eateries
Several restaurants ashore.
Internet/WiFi
No internet café in the village.

None.
Transportation
- Ferries to Biograd on mainland.
- Buses to Pasman Town and other local destinations.
