I arrived at English Harbour on the 14th of April, and, upon finding not enough room to anchor, or tie up at the yellow buoys, dropped anchor in Falmouth Harbour. I went to English Harbour to clear in, only to be told that I would have to return to my boat as every member of the crew would have to fill out and sign the immigration form. It would be best to find a space in English Harbour to clear in, as it could be a bit of a walk and dinghy ride back to your boat if you don't have the correct forms or they are not filled out correctly.
